Owner Captain Buck has been an amphibious tour ride operator for over 16 years. He is also an ASE Master Diesel and Heavy Truck Mechanic with 30 years in the trucking industry. He holds a 100-Ton USCG Master Captains License for over 21 years. That, with his Master Heavy Truck Certification and experience, he has changed the engineering of the Trolley Boat and turned it into a dependable, outstanding vehicle. In 1996, after struggling with old "DUK" boats, the original owner had a vision to build a dependable amphibious tour boat for use in today’s world. Capt. Buck has renewed that vision and has changed the way Trolley Boats does business.
Vision- Part 1
Three years of extensive time, effort, research, engineering, expense, and an intense drive for both excellence and success have resulted in the development and introduction of the unique, superbly engineered, "Trolley Boat." Trolley Boats will serve the market for many years to come as the first new-generation amphibious vehicle produced in quantity in over 30 years! Undoubtedly, with uncontrolled marketing, the Trolley Boat would sell in great quantities, or perhaps even flood the market. But the vision has a second part. . .
Vision -Part 2
The vision is not limited to developing and marketing the new Trolley Boat. The vision also included developing an amphibious tour-ride business program that can be duplicated across the country and around the world and maximize the opportunity for success. This program is realized with "Trolley Boats Amphibious Adventure Tours" Licensed Business Opportunity. The Caribbean market is licensed under "Parrots of the Caribbean" which has recognition across the Caribbean Islands. This comprehensive business program provides the product, the business "template", the expertise, the training, the marketing, and full support.
The Mission
Capt. Buck’s and Trolley Boats' worldwide mission is:
Make sure
that every Trolley Boat is the best
quality amphibious vehicle in the world. He demands that
every customer receive
outstanding customer support, 24 hours a
day/365 days a year. Capt. Buck understands that the world
does not
stop at 5PM and will make sure every
customer is taken care of immediately,
time is money. Capt. Buck gives you
his
word “If a vessel has a problem and there
is no one available, I, personally
will be there to help you get going
again”. He understands these vessels are in
salt
water, fresh water, mud and
whatever.
Anything can break, and it
does.
Trolley Boats carries most of the parts
used in the vessels, if they don’t
have it, they will get it within a
day.
THE TROLLEYBOAT
. . .has been developed by Trolley Boats, L.L.C. to fill a critical need for a new, safe, efficient, multi-passenger, amphibious vehicle for the tourist and tour-ride industries. Most of the amphibious vehicles currently used in this industry are either the World War ll vintage "DUK" or the Vietnam War vintage "LARC." Both models are in critically short supply, have major operational limitations, and require intensive upkeep and maintenance. The Trolley Boat replaces these aging vehicles and provides a new generation vehicle for both present and future demand.
Trolley Boats are sold and leased under Aquatic Attractions, LLC or Florida Amphibs our sister companies.
