GRAND CAYMAN, Cayman Islands:  This was an operation that had 2 Trolley Boats running for a number of years.  Due to mis-management, the operation has since closed.  However, there is still a business license and permit to operate 2 Trolley Boats in Grand Cayman.  It's almost impossible to obtain a license in Cayman, so this is a very valuable location.  Not only would you be the only operator of the Trolley Boat on the Island, but it's also just as difficult for any other tour company to startup on the Island due to their strick business laws.  The cost of the license INCLUDES 2 new 2019 Trolley Boats along with out outstanding customer support and startup assistance.

ST. THOMAS, U.S.V.I.:  This is a pilot location, it has been pre-approved and is an excellent location for a new operation.  Estimated gross revenues will be $5 Million Plus per year with a minimum demand of four Trolley Boats.  Trolley Boats in Largo will assist the new operator in startup and cruise contracts under the "Parrots of the Caribbean" name used in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands and Nassau, Bahamas for name reqognition.  This is an excellent opportunity for a U.S. Citizen to startup operations on a U.S. Caribbean Island without the need of a local partner.

MADEIRA BEACH - TREASURE ISLAND, Florida:  This is a long time location under the "Parrots of the Caribbean" name.  This is the same name used in the above operations as name recognition is important.  This location is currently in the re-start up phase and should be operating by December of 2019 out of Johns Pass.  It was in operation for 6 years and is a solid location.  This is available at to anyone purchasing a new Trolley Boat.

RED WING, MINNESOTA:  This is a NEW LOCATION being setup for Spring of 2020.  Please contact us for more information.

NASSAU, BAHAMAS:  This is a pre-startup location with a boat already on the Island.  Logistics are partially in place.  This is a great opportunity for a large operation with an estimated gross revenue of $4.5 Million once four Trolley Boats are in place.  There a cruise ship contracts available and Trolley Boats in Largo, Florida will assist any new owner in obtaining the cruise contracts and proper insurance for the cruise industry.

Miami, Florida:  This location operated for many years and is now available with one Trolley Boat.  The previous owner is available for complete training and assisting in operations.  This was a very successful operation and has a well established tour.

The tour-ride industry worldwide is at an all-time high, with tour bus manufacturers closing or unable to keep up with demand. preliminary market and business analysis.  We can provide assistance in determining which amphibious vehicle will best suit your specific needs. We can also provide an opinion of used amphibious vehicles you may be considering.  Bed counts, type of beds (condo, hotel, motel), traffic counts, seasons, water locations and ramps, Port access, ship counts, road access and clearance issues to name a few points.

 

B. MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTING SERVICES BY CONTRACT:

 

As with any business venture, management, including start-up management, marketing and promotional management, and operational management are critical for success. This is a unique business and industry.
